Noémi Gémesi completed her education at the University of Eötvös Lorand (Hungary) and Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas (France). She was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2014 and was previously at Arendt & Medernach SA in Luxembourg, where she was involved in setting up the first Luxembourg SPAC, establishment of debt issuance programme and standalone debt issuances, initial public offerings and takeovers securities offerings.
Menno Baks completed his education at the Utrecht University in 2009 and was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2010. In 2009, he joined Linklaters where he was promoted to Counsel in 2021. Menno has advised both issuers and banks on various equity(-linked) and debt capital markets transactions and has been consistently recognised as a “rising star” in the Dutch market for the last few years. His recent experience includes advising the underwriters on various SPACs and regular IPOs.
Each of them has extensive experience in both debt and equity(-linked) capital markets, including IPOs, SPACs, placements and buybacks of debt and equity securities, consent solicitations and exchange offers.
