We acted for Hendrix Genetics and its shareholders (including NPM Capital) on the transaction whereby Paine Schwartz Partners, a US based private equity investor with a focus on food chain investing, acquired a 50% stake, NPM Capital achieved a full exit, and the two founding family shareholders retained a joint 50% stake in the company.
