The Bajeskwartier project in Amsterdam concerns the transformation of a former prison compound into a vibrant mixed-use area. The current compound is situated on approx. 75,000 square meters land.
The future Bajeskwartier area is envisaged to house approx. 135,000 square meters of residential apartments, short stay, retail, cultural, school and more. This makes Bajeskwartier one of the largest redevelopments in the Amsterdam area and in the Netherlands of its time.
