We advised Provast, a Dutch development company, on the development and disposal of life-science building Batavia.

Provast will develop the building, a production facility including laboratory and office to house Batavia Biosciences of approximately 12,000 sq. m, at Leiden Bio Science Park directly located alongside the A44 motorway. The building will be developed with a BREEM-NL Excellent New Build certificate for sustainability. Construction is scheduled to start in April 2023 with an expected completion at the end of 2024.
