Sale of controlling interest in Hunter Douglas N.V. to 3G Capital
Loyens & Loeff is proud to have assisted the Sonnenberg family as tax counsel in the sale of a controlling interest in Hunter Douglas N.V. to 3G Capital, where we also provided certain corporate (notarial) assistance. The Sonnenberg Family will continue to hold a 25% interest in Hunter Douglas. The transaction is based on a value of €175 per ordinary share, implying an enterprise value of $7.1 billion.
