Update 15 December: As of 27 September 2020, corporate and other legal entities that are incorporated or established under Dutch law and that are registered in the Dutch Trade Register are required to obtain, hold and register certain personal information on their ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs) in the Dutch UBO-register.
