The Global Restructuring Review (GRR) 2024 Awards took place on 21 November 2024 at the Royal Horseguards Hotel in London. GRR is a daily news and analysis service focused on cross-border restructuring and insolvency law, and the GRR Awards celebrate the outstanding structuring practices and individuals who have been involved in impressive deals throughout the year. Ranking in the top 30 of these awards is therefore a significant achievement, and we are proud of the hard work of our teams who have been involved in these deals.
According to GRR, "with the rise in use of the Dutch WHOA and other new European restructuring processes, Loyens’ work on landmark deals for energy company McDermott, Spanish steelmaker Celsa and US-headquartered cash machine manufacturer Diebold Nixdorf helped propel it into this year’s rankings."
