On April 5th, Wallbox, a company headquartered in Spain that manufactures electric vehicle charging systems, declared that it submitted a prospectus supplement to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding its current shelf registration statement on Form F-3. The company may use this statement to sell shares of up to $100 million through an "at-the-market" (ATM) equity offering program.
