Our Luxembourg restructuring teams represented GLAS in its capacity as Agent and Security Agent in the acquisition of the shares in the Italian football club F.C. Internazionale Milano S.p.A. (Inter Milan) by Oaktree Capital, following the non-payment of approximately €395 million due under its loan arrangements with Oaktree. Oaktree now indirectly owns 99.6% of the share capital of Inter Milan.
