Our team assisted GomSpace group in the negotiation in the Luxembourg aspects of the financing. The EIB financing will support their research program and their faster development on nanosatellite platforms through product innovation, with a special focus on high-frequency applications. The project also targets multiple EIB and EU policy goals, including funding EU deep tech innovation and strategic autonomy in space, and addressing an investment gap in European venture capital markets.

GomSpace group is a Danish globally leading manufacturer and supplier of cubesat & small satellite solutions for customers in the private and public sectors. It was founded in 2007 and is listed at the Nasdaq stock exchange in Stockholm (GOMX). They are specially recognised by their systems integration, cubesat platforms, advanced miniaturized radio technology and satellite operations.
