The objective of this training is to provide participants with a solid understanding of the life cycle of a private equity fund both at fund level and acquisition level, via two modules. The first module focuses on key concepts in private equity, fund structure set-up, fund marketing and fund finance.

This training is directed at professionals involved in legal, regulatory, compliance, and operations in the fund industry, as well as those in the investment management sector interested in private equity and alternative investment funds.
