Yannick focuses on IT, trade secrets and technology transactions, contracting and strategic relationships, including DORA implementation. As such, he has been involved in drafting the Dutch market standard for DORA contracting for the Dutch industry associations for asset managers, pension funds and insurers.

During these incidents, she helps companies develop tailored communications strategies to mitigate the reputational impact. She also helps companies prepare crisis communications plans and processes through structured reviews, training and exercises.

James Lowson, Crisis Management & Communications expert, FTI Consulting
James regularly advises clients on preparing for and responding to cyber security incidents. He specialises in helping organisations to build their crisis response capabilities through effective plans, processes and training. He has worked on numerous live incidents, supporting clients to balance the reputational, legal and operational considerations of a response.

Workshop 3: Cyber Crisis Experience – S-RM Continental Europe

S-RM will go through a simulated large scale ransomware attack. Together with their cyber experts you will navigate crisis, assessing risk and making decisions. You will learn about current-day ransomware attacks, triaging cyber incidents and weighing recovery strategies.

Martijn Hoogesteger, Head of Cyber Security, S-RM Continental Europe
Martijn is responsible for growing S-RM’s cyber presence in the EU and leads the team of cyber professionals primarily based in the Netherlands. Prior to joining S-RM, Martijn built and managed several Incident Response and Offensive Security teams. He also takes part in the Dutch TV show ‘Hunted’, where he is a Digital Investigator, tracking down fugitive contestants using digital techniques. 
 
Gideon Teerenstra, Head of Cyber Advisory, S-RM Continental Europe
With over 10 years in the industry, Gideon has worked closely with companies to develop tailored solutions that map their precise requirements for cyber strategy and implementation based on their locations, exposure, and objectives. Prior to joining S-RM, he worked for the Cyber Strategy team of Deloitte and has been the CISO of a university medical centre. 

Susanne Koster, Associate, Incident Response Team, S-RM Continental Europe
Susanne combines deep technical expertise with crisis management skills to assist clients in swiftly responding to and recovering from significant cyber incidents, serving as both Engagement Lead and Technical Lead. Prior to her role at S-RM, Susanne worked at a cybersecurity firm in London and was part of Deloitte Netherlands' Incident Response team. She holds an honours degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Edinburgh and is a certified digital forensic investigator.
