Adriaan Milders, tax adviser, is a member of the International Tax Services practice group in our Amsterdam office. He is a member of the L&L Energy & Infrastructure Team.
Adriaan mainly advise large multinationals and semi-public institutions on dividend withholding tax, corporate income tax and further international tax matters relating to setting up, maintaining or restructuring of their legal structures. Adriaan also advise businesses in the energy sector on specific levies, such as state profit share (staatswinstaandeel) and windfall profit tax (solidarity contribution).
