Arco C.P. Bobeldijk is a tax partner at Loyens & Loeff in Amsterdam and a professor of corporate tax at Nyenrode Business University. Arco works in Loyens & Loeff's tax advisory practice.
He advises listed multinationals and private companies on the tax aspects of, inter alia, financing, mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, (financial) restructuring and tax governance. For private companies, he is also involved in advising shareholders.
Arco is regularly engaged to resolve tax disputes. He also acts as expert witness.
Arco is a member of the Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency Team, the
opinion committee and responsible for the Tax Knowledge Centre. Arco regularly
speaks at seminars and has written numerous articles.
