Emma focuses on real estate transactions and due diligence matters. She advises clients on rights in rem and lease agreements. Further, she has a particular interest in real estate finance and assists clients in the negotiation and drafting of finance documents.
During the first two years at Loyens & Loeff, she was a member of the Banking & Finance practice group in our Brussels office. She assisted with advising financial institutions and companies in a broad range of domestic and international financing transactions. In addition, Emma advised both regulated and non-regulated entities on financial regulatory aspects.
She joined Loyens & Loeff in September 2021.
