Jurriaan is a member of the Real Estate practice group of Loyens & Loeff. He
specialises in project development and real estate transactions. He advises both developers and investors in this field.
Furthermore he gained experience in commercial real estate transactions and
real estate-related corporate law such as the setting up of joint ventures and
investment structures and provide general advice to companies and
government bodies on commercial real estate and commercial real estaterelated tax matters.
He joined Loyens & Loeff in 1998 and worked in the Corporate practice group for the first five years before joining the Real Estate practice group. He has worked in the London office for two years. Jurriaan is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a member of the Royal Dutch Association of Notaries and a member of the Alumni Association of the Amsterdam School of Real Estate.
Furthermore, Jurriaan is a substitute judge (raadsheer plaatsvervanger) in the
Court of Appeal in Amsterdam (Gerechtshof Amsterdam).
