Maïder advises global asset managers on the formation and operations of Luxembourg alternative investment funds. This includes the corporate and regulatory aspects of establishing, fundraising and operating (regulated or unregulated) funds across a wide range of strategies, and notably in the private equity, real estate and infrastructure sectors.

Based in our Amsterdam office, Maïder closely collaborates with Dutch and international asset managers on matters relating to the establishment and management of their Luxembourg private funds, including on a cross-border basis. Maïder also spent two years in our London office where she gained broad international experience and advised UK based clients on matters related to Luxembourg alternative funds, including on EU and Luxembourg regulatory aspects.
