Maurice is a senior associate in the Multinationals practice group in the Rotterdam office of Loyens & Loeff.

Maurice advises foreign multinationals on cross-border corporate income tax and has a strong focus on transfer pricing. He has broad experience in advising on business restructurings, transfer pricing disputes - specifically with respect to central purchasing organisations -, mutual agreement procedures and advance pricing agreements. Maurice is specifically knowledgeable on both OECD- and public EU country-by-country reporting, master file, local file and other transfer pricing documentation obligations. He assisted many clients in preparing transfer pricing policies. In 2018 he did a six-month secondment at Loyens & Loeff's Luxembourg office. In 2023 he did a six-month secondment at Loyens & Loeff's Zurich office.
