Michel van Agt, partner, is a member of the Corporate practice group and the Capital Markets team in our Amsterdam office.

Michel focuses on Dutch corporate law and related notarial law. He advises multinationals, listed companies and investors on the full range of corporate transactions, including IPOs, (cross-border) M&A and private equity transactions.
Michel worked at our London office in 2015-2017 and was subsequently seconded to a U.S. law firm.
