Peter Sprietsma

Peter Sprietsma, attorney at law, is a member of the Litigation & Risk Management practice group in our Amsterdam Office. He focuses on class actions as well as corporate and commercial litigation, and is a member of the Class Actions and Fund Litigation teams.
Peter specialises in and has extensive experience with class action litigation, as well as broader corporate and commercial litigation. He advises and represents clients inside and outside of court. This includes experience litigating in English before the Netherlands Commercial Court (NCC). Peter regularly publishes on class actions in Dutch academic legal journals.
Before joining the Litigation & Risk Management practice group, Peter was a member of the Investment Management practice group.
