As a part of the Technology & Commercial Team of Loyens & Loeff, Pieter is often involved in high profile M&A transactions and regularly advises on, among others, distribution, agency, franchise and other commercial arrangements. He regularly coordinates and participates in due diligence investigations and drafting transaction documents from an IP/IT-perspective.
