Robert Fröger, attorney at law, is a member of the Competition & Regulatory practice group in our Amsterdam office.
Robert specialises in EU law (regulated markets), competition law (merger control, antitrust and state aid) and corporate investigations. He gives advice on the application of competition rules, such as the cartel prohibition, the prohibition on abuse of dominance, the prohibition on state aid and merger control. His other areas of expertise include supervision of competition and healthcare authorities, foreign direct investments screening (FDI), corporate investigations and compliance. Robert is a member of the Digital Economy Team. He focusses on (regulated) sectors such as such as healthcare, tech (including the digital services act, the digital markets act and the P2B regulation) and consumer law. Previously, he worked in the Corporate practice group and has experience in private equity transactions, management buyouts, (inter)national acquisitions and joint ventures. Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff N.V. Robert was a lecturer at Utrecht University. Robert is admitted to the Amsterdam bar.
