Vincent specializes in international tax matters, particularly for multinational corporations, financial institutions and investment funds (including private equity and venture capital) based in North America. His work includes:
- mergers & acquisitions;
- corporate reorganizations; and
- assisting businesses in establishing operations in Europe, specifically in the Life Sciences & Healthcare industry.
He frequently acts as speaker at international tax seminars and conferences, including the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the American Bar Association (ABA), where he shares insights and knowledge with fellow tax professionals. He is also the co-author of the Bloomberg BNA Portfolio – Business Operations in the Netherlands.
