Ferrari N.V. buys back shares in exor's accelerated bookbuild offering

Ferrari N.V. participated as purchaser of its own shares in Exor’s accelerated bookbuild offering (ABO). These shares represent approximately 4% of the outstanding share capital of Ferrari. The total ABO proceeds amount to EUR 3 billion.
