Funds & Financial Litigation
We regularly represent investors, shareholders, noteholders, and creditors in all pre-contentious and contentious matters concerning their investments; in particular when faced with management misconduct and the loss of their investments, before domestic courts across our home markets.
We also have significant experience advising asset management companies, portfolio managers, investment funds and their service providers, as well as their directors, helping them assess and manage risks to avoid litigation, reduce their reputational and financial exposure and mitigate damages.
