How we can help

Our Investment Funds & Financial Litigation practice works hand in hand with our firm’s market leading Investment Management, Banking & Finance and Corporate practices, and is regularly involved in the most complex and high-profile cases.

We also regularly work and coordinate actions with leading foreign litigators in multijurisdictional litigations involving existing procedures in common law and civil law countries, where finding solutions locally is an essential aspect of the global strategy.

Our Investment Funds & Finance Litigation practice is well-versed in third-party litigation funding (TPF) and can assist clients in choosing the most appropriate financing options, as claimants or defendants, and work alongside funders throughout the litigation process.

Our litigation teams focus on the most appropriate form of dispute resolution, in and outside of court, from arbitration to mediation. Always looking for the best possible outcome.
Financing solutions are multiplying and the legal implications relating to financial products are becoming more complex.
The world of capital markets is characterised by rapid change, increased regulation and innovation.
Using a unique integrated and solution-driven approach, we help guide you through these issues. We cover the full spectrum of employment law - pension law, social security and employment taxes.
Our market-leading group advises on all aspects of regulatory compliance, disclosure and reporting obligations involving listed companies.
The ongoing financial regulatory reform is having a significant impact on how financial institutions conduct business, and how financial markets operate.
An increasing number of banks and financial institutions have responded to the growing demand of financing from investment funds.
With an integrated approach that sets us apart in the market, we offer our clients a unique combination of legal, tax and regulatory advice.
Ever-changing market conditions require businesses to regularly assess their debt structure
The Netherlands Commercial Court (and the Netherlands Commercial Court of Appeal (NCC(A)) aims to provide an efficient resolution to international business disputes.
