Agata Szymoniak, senior associate, is a member of the Investment Management Practice Group in our Luxembourg office and an active member of the firm Private Equity sector team. She focuses on structuring and formation of alternative investment funds across a variety of asset classes.

Agata advises investment fund sponsors on all aspects of their businesses, particularly focusing on the structuring, formation and operating of Luxembourg regulated investment vehicles (including SIFs and SICARs) and unregulated investment vehicles (including RAIFs and Luxembourg partnerships) across various strategies and asset classes, including private equity and credit.
In addition to her fund formation experience, Agata frequently provides guidance to private fund sponsors on various EU and Luxembourg regulatory matters, including data protection advice.
