Andy Li, associate, is a member of the Investment Management practice group in our Luxembourg office. He focuses on investment management structures and fund formation. He is also a member of the APAC team.
Andy specialises in Investment Management. He assisted managers with the formation of their funds and also assisted investors in respect of their investments in various funds. He worked in the Amsterdam office from 2021-2022.
Before joining Loyen & Loeff, Andy worked in China and the Netherlands for another law firm and multinationals, from which he gained a broad legal experience including litigations.
