Anida’s practice focuses on the energy and infrastructure sector, more specifically in the area of commercial contracts and civil construction law.
Actively involved in complex projects, she advises, negotiates and drafts development and framework agreements, construction and maintenance agreements (such as EPC, EPCM, PMA, BoP, TSA and O&M) as well as various supply, offtake and tolling agreements for renewable energy projects, (thermal) energy storage projects and decarbonisation projects as well as various infrastructure projects.
Solid knowledge of the New Rules 2011 (DNR 2011), UAC 2012 (UAV 2012), UAC-IC 2005 (UAV-GC 2005) as well as FIDIC 1999 and FIDIC 2017 Rainbow Suite.
