Anne van Geen, attorney at law, is an associate in the Banking & Finance expertise group and a member of the Private Equity team. Her work focuses on domestic and international private equity matters including secured lending.
Anne specialises in cross-border finance transactions with particular expertise in portfolio company level financing obtained for or by private equity sponsors. She advises a wide range of borrowers and lenders, including traditional lenders and private debt funds. She also has experience in employment law, with a particular focus on the employment law aspects of M&A-deals and restructurings, co-determination procedures and dismissal of managing directors.
Anne worked in the firm’s New York office in 2022, where she mainly dealt with leveraged finance transactions.
