Anne’s practice focuses on the energy and infrastructure sector, in particular on project development, domestic and international mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance, joint ventures and general contract law. She assists clients from varying sizes and has a particular focus on energy transition projects. She assists in both ongoing project development as well as energy-related transactions.
