Boudewijn Pleijsier, Tax adviser, is a member of the International Tax Services practice group in our New York office. He is a member of the Energy Team and the US region team.
Boudewijn advises internationally operating corporate clients on all areas of international taxation, including mergers and acquisitions, international tax (re-)structuring and cross-border financing transactions. Boudewijn frequently advises U.S. parties that want to expand their business operations to Europe.
Boudewijn particularly focuses on EU and OECD tax developments and the impact thereof on U.S. multinationals (e.g., Pillar 2).
Boudewijn teaches at the Amsterdam Law Firm at the University of Amsterdam.
