Bram Schreuder, associate, is a member of the Corporate / M&A practice group in our Luxembourg office. He focuses on cross-border corporate law matters, mergers and acquisitions and private equity.
Bram specialises in corporate and European law. As a member of the corporate practice group he advises Luxembourg and foreign private equity clients on the structuring of national and cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff in September 2021, Bram completed an internship for the Government of the Netherlands and gained broad experience in varying legal positions.
