Casper de Kroon, attorney at law, is a member of the Immovable Property expertise group in Amsterdam. Casper specializes in advising (international) clients on real estate transactions (both asset and share deals), tenancy law and asset management.
Before joining Immovable Property, Casper was a member of the Corporate practice, where he gained experience in mergers and acquisitions and, in particular, capital market transactions. He has also been a member of our Dispute Resolution practice, where he litigated and advised in the field of corporate law and contract law.
