Davina Devleeschouwer, attorney-at-law, is a member of the Financial Markets and Products practice group in our Brussels office. She focuses on Capital Markets, Financial Services and ESG.
Davina assists listed and non-listed companies on matters of capital market regulations, financial services and ESG . She has been involved in several large-scale and complex operations both in Belgium and globally.
Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff, Davina was a Senior Associate at a leading international law firm and an assistant lecturer in company and financial law at Université libre de Bruxelles for more than ten years. She also has inhouse experience at a BEL20 listed company, which gives her a meaningful insight on practical issues.
