Diogo Dias, senior associate, is a member of the Corporate Practice in our Luxembourg Office. He has extensive experience in advising clients on private equity transactions, corporate finance and M&A.
As a member of our Corporate Practice Group, Diogo specialises in corporate law, M&A transactions, cross-border restructurings, private equity and corporate finance. Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff, he acquired over two years of experience in international taxation, transfer pricing and VAT with a focus on the private equity sector in a Magic Circle law firm in Luxembourg.
He generally focuses on transactional work for private equity firms but also advises international groups on acquisitions, restructuring matters and the implementation of management incentive plans. He has extensive experience in transactions (both acquisition and sell side) relating to companies active in the financial sector.
Diogo also helps private equity firms navigate every stage of the investment life cycle, from initial acquisition, through to ultimate exit, whether by way of sale or IPO.
Based in Luxembourg, Diogo also worked at our London office where he advised and closely collaborated with UK based clients on Luxembourg law matters.
