Emma's expertise covers a broad range of matters related to corporate tax law, including withholding tax, as well as international tax law and transfer pricing.
She offers strategic advice, acts on behalf of clients in discussions and negotiations with the Belgian tax authorities in the context of audits, tax claims and before courts, and provides assistance with tax compliance. She furthermore has experience with filing ruling requests and discussions with the Belgian Ruling Commission.
Emma is also a member of the Shipping Team and advises clients on maritime tax matters, including the Belgian tonnage regime.
