Florentine’s practice focuses on commercial contracting, commercial litigation, intellectual property (IP), and information technology (IT). Furthermore, she is often involved in high profile M&A transactions, advising clients on the IP- and IT-related aspects of a transaction.
Prior to joining the Litigation & Risk Management practice group, Florentine worked in Loyens & Loeff’s Energy & Infrastructure practice group, advising on national and cross-border M&A transactions.
