Gabriel Storm, attorney at law / junior associate, is a member of the Investment Management practice group in our Amsterdam office and is a member of the Fund Regulatory Team.
Gabriel specialises in financial supervision on the investment management sector. He assists national and international (non-)financial institutions in translating complex financial regulations into practical solutions. He advises fund managers and other types of asset managers on AIFMD, EuVECA, MiFID2 and other types of regulations applicable to market parties in the investment management sector, such as SFDR and Taxonomy Regulation, IFD/IFR, the PRIIPS Regulation, Benchmark Regulation, EMIR/SFTR and AML/KYC regulations.
He provides advice on among others obtaining authorisations, compliance with and the implementation of existing and new regulatory measures. Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff N.V. Gabriel worked as a legal counsel at the Dutch Central Bank.
