Gijs van Koeveringe is an associate at Loyens & Loeff. He specialises in corporate restructuring, financial transactions, supply chains, transfer pricing documentation and dispute resolution for clients in various industries. He assists clients with economic and financial analyses of intragroup transactions, as well as the design, implementation, documentation and defence of transfer pricing policies.

In addition, he has often been involved in mutual agreement procedures and the conclusion of advance pricing agreements with the Dutch Tax Authorities.

Gijs is a lecturer at the University of Amsterdam, where he teaches transfer pricing as part of the Amsterdam Center for Transfer Pricing and Income Allocation. He is also the (co-)author of several articles on transfer pricing.
