As a member of the Indirect Tax Practice Group, Hélène’s field of expertise is VAT and other indirect taxes such as registration duties, insurance premium tax and circulation taxes. She assists clients in VAT audits and represents them in administrative and judicial litigations. Hélène also works on transactional matters with a special focus on real estate transactions and the banking and finance sectors.
