P. Hermine E. Voûte, of counsel, has over 36 years’ all-round experience in employment law, with a particular focus on high-profile dismissals, restructurings and collective dismissals, and co-determination procedures. As of 1 January 2024 Hermine stepped down as a partner and continues as of counsel in the Employment practice. She is chairwoman of the Diversity & Inclusion committee.
Hermine has a strong reputation as an employment law specialist in highly sensitive matters and regularly advises on the dismissal of managing directors and other top management. She also has expert knowledge on top management contracts and remuneration.
Hermine is a member of several firm-wide sector and topical teams. She is amongst others part of the Corporate Investigations, Compliance & Defence Team. As a member of this team Hermine has handled sensitive internal investigations, including whistleblowing and fraud cases. She is also a member of the Healthcare team. As a member of this team Hermine assists several clients in this sector, amongst others with regard to the statutory remuneration cap that applies to its senior officials.
Hermine regularly publishes articles on employment law subjects such as reorganisations, collective dismissals and corporate investigations.
Supporting the social engagement that characterises our firm’s culture, amongst others Hermine is a member of the Board of the Right to Play Nederland Foundation as well as a member of the Supervisory board of the Cliniclowns Foundation, that brings resilience and lightness to sick and handicapped children.
