Iman advises both corporates and international private equity firms on a broad range of transactions and corporate matters across various sectors. Over the past years, Iman has been involved in several high-profile domestic and international corporate transactions.

Iman was seconded to the London office of Loyens & Loeff from September 2023 through February 2024, where he specialised in (UK-originated) M&A and private equity transactions with a strong international dimension. As of March 2025, he is seconded to the New York office, continuing his focus on cross-border M&A transactions, with a particular emphasis on the US market.

Before joining the Corporate/M&A practice group, Iman was a member of the Banking & Finance practice group, where he advised financial institutions, investors, and companies on public and private debt offerings and other domestic and international financing transactions. In addition, Iman advised clients on legal and financial regulatory aspects of their businesses and transactions in the Netherlands.
