Iman specialises in corporate law, focusing on (cross-border) mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity transactions. He advises both corporates and international private equity firms on a broad range of transactions and corporate matters across various sectors. Over the past years, Iman has been involved in several high-profile national and international corporate transactions.

From 1 September 2023, Iman was seconded to the London office of Loyens & Loeff for six months, where he focused on M&A and private equity transactions with a significant international dimension. As of 1 March 2025, Iman is seconded to the New York office of Loyens & Loeff, where he continues to focus on cross-border M&A transactions.

Before joining the Corporate/M&A practice group, Iman was a member of the Banking & Finance practice group, where he advised financial institutions, investors and companies on public and private debt offerings and other (national and international) financing transactions. In addition, Iman advised clients on legal and financial regulatory aspects of their businesses and transactions in the Netherlands.
