Imme is a tax partner who is based in the Loyens & Loeff Amsterdam Office and who frequently visits the Paris Office.
Imme specialises in Dutch and international tax structuring for, particularly French, multinational enterprises and investment funds. He has broad experience in advising in Dutch operations of foreign multinational enterprises, M&A, joint ventures and real estate investments.
In the past, Imme worked for six years in the Loyens & Loeff Paris Office, of which he was Resident Partner from July 2020 until August 2024.
Imme is a member of the International Bar Association and IFA France.
