Irina Stoliarova, counsel, is a member of the Investment Management Practice in our Luxembourg office and is currently based in our London office. She focuses on structuring and formation of Luxembourg alternative investment fund structures.

Irina has experience in advising asset managers, fund initiators and institutional investors with regard to the structuring and setting up of Luxembourg regulated and non-regulated investment fund structures. Irina also advises fund managers and fund initiators on various regulatory and ESG matters with a particular focus on private debt, real estate, infrastructure and private equity funds as well as other types of assets.
Before joining Loyens & Loeff, Irina worked in the investment management departments of various law firms in Luxembourg, including working at major bank of Luxembourg.
