Aside from an extensive track record in transactions, he advises and very regularly litigates on behalf of project developers, (multinational) industrials, (institutional) investors, as well (local) governments and public transport companies. Over the years, Jan has dealt with matters before a host of competent authorities ranging from municipal and provincial executives to national bodies such as the Dutch Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate and the Authority for Consumers and Markets.
