Jana Schmitz, Tax Associate, is a member of the tax practice group in our Luxembourg office. She focuses on international corporate tax advice, including cross-border M&A, group restructurings and investment fund structuring.
Jana specialises in international and Luxembourg corporate tax law. She advises and represents clients in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, group-restructurings and cross-border financing for private equity, debt and real estate investments. Jana has assisted clients in the set-up of efficiently structured finance operations for regulated and non-regulated investment funds and in the set-up of Luxembourg investment hubs and AIFM platforms.
