Jeroen focuses on investment management, Dutch partnerships, corporate fund structures and AIFMD-related matters, specialising, in particular, in the civil, corporate and regulatory aspects of (international) fund formation.
Prior to joining the Investment Management practice group, Jeroen was part of the Corporate M&A practice group, where he gained experience in private equity transactions, management buyouts, (inter)national acquisitions and joint ventures.
