Jérôme H. Germann, tax adviser, is a member of the Indirect Tax practice group. He focuses on VAT and real estate transfer tax.
Jérôme specialises in advising banks, insurance companies, pension funds, property funds, property developers, municipalities and housing corporations on VAT and real estate transfer tax.
Jérôme is the co-author of Kluwer's Handbook on Value Added Tax and Real Estate Transfer Tax Handbook in the real estate sector, and Weka's Handbook on Contracting and Inviting Tenders in the Construction Industry. He is a member of the Dutch Real Estate Tax Lawyers Association. He is also a lecturer at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate and guest professor of the Master's degree programme in tax law at the Nyenrode Business University.

This publication is intended to be a handy overview of the most important legal and tax facets of and for Dutch building and development practice. The publication is the result of a joint effort made by various Loyens & Loeff attorneys-at-law, tax advisers and civil law notaries in different disciplines, who pooled together their expertise and experience.
