Julia specialises in the laws and regulations regarding the supervision of financial undertakings and financial markets. In that context, she frequently advises various financial undertakings including credit, payment and e-money institutions, investment firms, fund managers, crowdfunding platforms, crypto-asset services providers and other financial institutions but also non-regulated entities on general aspects of financial and banking regulation. Her expertise include assisting in legal and administrative proceedings, advising on ongoing compliance matters, drafting and assisting in M&A transactions and license applications involving financial undertakings and financial markets. In addition, she assists financial institutions and companies in a wide range of domestic and international financial transactions.

Julia also works as a teaching assistant in company law at the Université Catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve.
