Killian Richard, Associate, is a member of the Investment Management practice group in our Luxembourg office. He provides guidance to fund sponsors on structuring, forming, and ensuring regulatory compliance for private assets funds, in particular real estate funds, and their management companies.
Killian joined the Investment Management practice group of Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg as an associate in September 2023. Before joining Loyens & Loeff, he worked as a transactional banking lawyer.
He assists clients with the structuring and setting up of investment funds, with a focus on private equity, real estate and infrastructure funds.
